A Practice of Meditation
I breathe deeply and chant as I take
my morning walks.
As I meditate I focus on different
parts of me.
A while ago when I was riding on my
bike
I fell over and hurt my right leg
muscles.
Meditating I concentrate with all my
heart
On injured leg muscles In the here
and now,
It is helping them to get back to normal
Along with Pain-A-Trate.
While in the house, along with
meditating
I love to construct poetry and place
it on my blog
And I also like to listen to music
from the radio
I will continue to Meditate for all
my life
