The Walk of my Life



The Walk of my Life

Getting Oxygen into my Brain
Even while walking in the rain
Is helpful to my happiness

Walking keeps my muscles strong
And smilling with neighbours who come along.
All help losing  body weight

It is also a factor in fighting disease
With a heart full of ease.
It helps as I age

A postive view of aging
Is an important gain of life.
That balances stress
And makes it easier for my wife.
